Our Promise: If you are not completely satisfied with any product we deliver, we will be happy to send a replacement without question or refund your full purchase price. Please note, our guarantee extends to both the deliveries we make, and orders that may be called to our affiliate FTD Florists. 

Should a problem arise, all we need is for you to notify us within 48 hours of delivery of your order. You may call, come in person, or write to us by e-mail. Simply explain the problem you have experienced and we will arrange for a replacement as soon as possible.
